For more than a quarter of a century, IRG has been a leading figure in the Cayman Islands real estate market. Founded in 1994 and led by President and Broker/Owner Jeremy Hurst, the boutique firm has helped local and international investors and homeowners buy and sell vacation homes, starter homes and family homes, and has worked with start-ups, family businesses and global brands to lease and acquire commercial property.
Clients work with dedicated teams for the luxury, commercial, residential and development markets, drawn from an international group of experts with experience in leading luxury, resort and commercial markets around the world. The team approach means buyers, sellers and consultancy clients get the best advice available on the Cayman market, and the firm also offers leasing and full property management for landlords.
As the exclusive Cayman Islands member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, IRG markets its listings directly to some of the most active real estate markets and brokerages in the world. Its sister company IRC, International Relocation Consultants, has guided institutions, families and individuals through relocation to the islands for more than two decades.
